At MSPACEZ, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be clear and fair while allowing us to maintain service quality.<\/p>

Workspace Bookings (Offices, Desks, Meeting Rooms)<\/b><\/h3>

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours<\/b><\/span> prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

  • No-shows are considered used bookings and are not eligible<\/b><\/span> for refunds or rescheduling.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Memberships & Subscriptions<\/b><\/h3>

    • Monthly memberships must be canceled before the next billing cycle<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Once a billing cycle has started, fees for that period are non-refundable<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Enterprise & Custom Agreements<\/b><\/h3>

      • Cancellation terms for enterprise clients or custom agreements are governed by the signed contract<\/b><\/span> and may vary depending on scope and duration.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
